I do apologise if things have been taking a little longer than anticipated.
"a little longer than anticipated"? The bug was reported on Nov 17, 2020 and the one year anniversary is coming up in just a few weeks. If there's one thing this bug and its response has taught me, stop buying new Ubisoft games, always wait for a sale. So, thank you.
I looked at the 1.3 patch notes for release tomorrow (7/27); zero reference to Old Cellar bug. *sigh*
Patch didn't allow me to collect the item from Old Cellar. Looks like Excalibur will have to wait, see you again in 5-6 weeks. PS5 if it matters.
I appreciate the fact that you mentioned that a future update will fix the issue. Why are you so confident this future patch will resolve it when patches 1.22 and 1.11 (patch notes state that they resolved it) never fixed it?

Woohoo, I too found Excalibur but the mystery (no pun intended) remains. We're making progress boys. I may not blacklist Ubisoft games after all.
@barkerd81
Just do what I'm going to do from now on, wait for a 50% sale on any Ubisoft games. So Far Cry 6 will look nice in 1-2 months.
I too am experiencing this bug, please fix asap as I need to see Excalibur lol. FWIW, I'm on PS5.
FWIW, I uninstalled the game, DLC, etc, basically everything to do with the game, minus the game save and reinstalled. Unfortunately, it never resolved the issue on PS5, the wait continues.
@ubi-keo
Re-downloaded game with 1.5.1 and quest is now gone but the 'Compete all Territories' trophy never popped despite have all territories at 100% plus no left over quests. The only thing I can think of is if Ubisoft retroactively made mastery challenge +Tombs of the Fallen part of the territory.
@ubi-keo I have every zone cleared at 100%, plus the only quest remaining is mastery challenges & river raid. I have my save uploaded on PS5 which I assume goes to Ubisoft, so you're free to look at it. Hopefully others will have better luck than I. After over 450 hours, I'm throwing in the towel.

This might have something to do with them not fixing it:

We don't know ourselves what will be in the next patch...
