@ubisushivamp Yeah, it's the same each run. Just different floors. Most likely a re-used map element being randomly attached to the main map.
Also those holes you climb up to get to the next floor, sometimes the debris on the floor above can be seen from the floor below like layered over the hole.
Also to note, Z-fighting in ceiling textures, strange green light refraction in areas with red lights.
Don't get me started on backtracking to grab a key when I see a chest at the elevator and the weird goofy physics bugs and prop duplication that happens as I run backwards through the floor.
