@asryan2a Many people have the same issue. It looks like it's driver related and therefore it can only be fixed with a driver update. I get a lot of errors coming from AMD that a driver takes to long to perform a task, no idea what that means.
Hopefully they (Ubi or/and AMD/Nvidia) can fix it soon, cause this game is too awesome. Would be awesome to play it without crashing/freezing asap
@ziipher Thanks for sharing your solution. I have a Radeon GPU and already clean installed everything and didn't work unfortunately.
Hopefully this can be solved with a small patch or driver update somehow, since other people have crashing/freezing issues as well.
Dear sir/madam from Ubisoft,
Since the launch of the game, my game has been crashing/freezing every once a while and I have tried a lot of things to try preventing this. To name a few: The troubleshoot FAQ , Turning off synchronisation, running the game in admin rights and whitelist Ubisoft and Valhalla in my antivirus. Since of today, 2020.11.19, I received a crash report from the game which never happened to me before and I hope you can maybe help me with the crash file to potentially solve my crashing/freezing of the game. Below is a screenshot of the message:

Since the launch of the game I have experienced crashing/freezing of the game, particularly when I was in looking in the map or looking at my skilltree and sometimes in the main menu. After trying alot of different things like the <a href="https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/000025947/ ">troubleshooting guide</a> I came across a post from someone that stated it might have to do with the game's synchronisation.
So what worked for me is to delete Ubisoft Connect with all the local files as well and the game AC:Valhalla (make sure to <a href="https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/000025801/">back-up</a> your savegames first!). Then I reinstalled Ubisoft Connect again and now the important part: Before downloading and installing AC:Valhalla again, make sure cloud synchronisation in Ubisoft Connect is turned off and stays off!
When I enter the map or my skilltree in-game after I done the above steps, I get this error message instead of crashing/freezing:
I have never got error messages before, it just crashed/froze. Just press 'Ok' and for me at least, I can still play the game without crashing/freezing.
Hopefully this can help you and Ubisoft to play the game without crashing and finding a solution to solve the error.
