@swanson25 stables. I cannot talk to the stables either

I am a level 250 , ravensthorpe is almost fully unlocked.. I can only interact with a few npc's. Here is a list of who I cannot talk to..... barracks, fish shop, hunting shop, shipyard and a few other small time npc's.
