

@satyug has it been resolved yet? My case has been open since Nov 10th. I feel your pain lol.
So I opened a case on November 10th because when I received my AC: Valhalla Collectors Edition the game wasn’t there nor was the hard case. And all I’ve been getting as a response as of late is that I’m “in queue”... I still have the box and all that and mentioned I’d send it back to them for a refund. (I’ve already purchased Valhalla at the store I wasn’t going to wait forever for them to send me the game). It’s been well over a month and I’m still waiting. I think this is ridiculous. I paid 200 bucks for the game and didn’t actually receive the game lmao. This is down right comical and just plain unprofessional of a company.
