After completing the wedding quest I head back to my settlement and talk to Randvi, the quest completes and the settlement levels up a little bit, but I am not getting the Raw Materials from the rewards for completing it, and the Armband is stuck in my inventory. This is really annoying because all the raids are way too high for me to complete now, and I'm worried I won't get other Raw Materials for completing other alliances.

I've already reset an hour of gameplay to try and fix this to no avail.

Anyone else dealing with this issue?
