I agree and continue to believe that its a shameful act done by ubisoft.
Dedsec from game 1 has promoted and fought for freedom of the individual.
By using this gadget we would be forcing a random passerby to endanger themselves and robbing them of their choice, no matter what they will become dedsec.
This goes against dedsec.
I will not use this gadget.
I ask all my fellow players to not use this gadget.
I win invasions a lot. And I have never once used it yet, so its not a loss.
I would ask ubisoft to do away with this horrid thing and reinstate the use of our normal gadgets.

This thread I originally posted had 1 question.
That 1 question never received an answer nor any relevant information from any of the ubisoft staff.
Another member had to help me.
I asked for information and the only 2 replies I received from ubi anyone was a ridiculous request for a video and then a rebuttal from another employee who also appeared to have not read the words in the original message.
Asking for a video in reply to a request for info was a mistake and then defending the choice was like watching a child slapping himself in the face and saying someone else did it.
Now you are saying that my opinion is incorrect and you assure me that the facts proven time and time again are false.
Since the proof is in writing for all to see do you really want to continue making your company look even worse with lies?
You all already failed to answer what should have been an easy and quickly resolved question.
I don't know why you decided to send that message but I suggest you think about why you chose to do so.
I also request that your supervisor be made aware of this entire thread as no help was provided at any time by ubisoft.
We customers had hoped along with a new forum we would see changes in the performance of the ubisoft staff.
I am saddened to see there has still been no change.
I also would like to make a suggestion.
Get on google and search " why ubisoft is the worst video game company in history"
This is not out of spite, it is sent with hope that rather than continuing to degrade the reputation and quality of your company the information could be used to correct the repeating mistakes of its staff.
Please include a search for customer service satisfaction rated by customers as well.

As has been reported in other threads the new forum is horrible and your forum makes many mistakes.

Ubisoft has had and I'd like to believe still has massive potential.
I've been trying to remain a fan since the beginning.
I still will not change my stance, I've said it before that to me they are innovative.
Likened to a geologist uncovering rough gems.
Fantastic but not reaching the full beauty until another has taken the effort to polish and pass it off as their own.
Its still the best way I can describe it.
Ubisoft is frustrating, so much I so I think what would benefit the company most would be a politically incorrect person who walks around the offices telling people they're mistakes and being hated by all.
I think that's exactly what they need. A good swift kick to keep them striving to become better.
I look at them and think they are lazy, they quit to readily, and allow themselves to get dragged down rather than inspire to improve from the slightest of criticism.
When I was in school, I had a teacher who became so frustrated with me he actually broke a window with my body.
His frustration from what he thought was wasted potential was so great he nearly lost everything. That is how I feel and I believe I am not alone in this.
In my case I was so bored I just goofed off, after my little incident, I showed my teacher how simple the classwork was and made him understand that in my case it was not wasted potential it was a case of boredom from simplistic material that I had already learned in the first few weeks the material was provided.
He felt so guilty that he would challenge me nearly everyday with work even beyond his level.
Throughout life I've learned everyone has certain things they are suited for and accel at, and very few people can follow at the same pace without others having to slow their own pace.
I am not tech savvy for example.
Even so, just like many many others I do get frustrated when directly involved with others who seem to squander their potential or worse hurt the potential of others through their actions or inactions.
That is what saddens me. Knowing something is true is bad, but when it can be confirmed by others really is heartbreaking.
Truth hurts at times, but without pointing things out nothing can change.
We can only hope that the receiving end will utilize it as constructive criticisms in effort to improve rather than become defensive falling prey to an emotional response.
Someone tried to point out a spelling mistake where I wrote prices of trash.
That was intended and not a mistake.
I know I make mistakes or fall victim to autocorrect due to this horrible forum design but that was intended.
Many agree ubisoft has began stirring the micro transaction bowl too much.
It is a shame that we customers have to rely on strategy to get them to do what's right. *sigh*
I wonder what really goes through their mind when making decisions.
I wonder who they have for a quality control team and why they have not been replaced.
I try to see into the company by using the known facts and then make guesstimates from there.
Fact, Ubisoft treats their customers like worthless prices of trash. They must all be related to my wife.
Fact, Ubisoft has never completed a game. Completed as in relatively bug free and agreed to be so by the customer majority.
Fact, Ubisoft has a history of developing new game design\mechanics.
Fact, someone involved has a knack for story writing. Though I assume are also regularly ignored.
Then include personal experience with staff, being ignored, lied to, brushed off, unsatisfactory results, etc etc..
That's how I create my views of the company. Yes that's right, just like everyone else.
We are humans, we are intelligence, we are not dumb....all of us are not dumb.
I have written letters to ubisoft, the whole company, and to specific teams and positions in attempt to encourage change, I have never once received a response.
They ignore us, ignore the very people who decide their fate.
However I can not be sure that a few people are not 90% of the problem.
Customer support, the curse of ubisoft, is a filter to the company.
Argument of that fact is pointless as this is the role it plays for all companies. But the filtering can easily be manipulated .
I believe its apparent this poor conduct is happening within Ubisoft. I am confident this is a real problem within Ubisoft.
The reasons it happens can vary and I cannot fathom or attempt to guess why someone would be so cowardly but no one can. We all live by different morals, codes, and sense of honour, or lack thereof.
Because we are stifled regularly our only thing left is hope.
Hope they will change.
Hope we reach someone worthy of their position.
Hope that our words reach someone who does not react as a child.

I do have a tendency to drop subtle pokes and humor within my comments.
They can be easily missed by people who only skim over rather than fully read them. Skimming is a bad habit overly used anymore, in attempt to save time a lot of information can be missed.
When using standardized material it can be used that way.
But its not recommended for information that hasn't been dumbed down for the masses.
I've even been told outright that someone didn't bother reading a message due to length.
It is the leading cause of misunderstanding, on par with speaking while another is talking.
One of my most used sayings happens to be, " you can't listen well while you're mouth is open."
Funny enough for its realism but also medically accurate as the ear canal collapses slightly as the jaw opens.
I don't mind at all, I'm glad to have other customers support this endeavor.
I would have liked to list examples for them but I've already been served for discussing infractions even if to object ask questions or any other use of messages that support finds annoying and decide to abuse their authority for.
I agree, especially if the thread contained information needed to be kept separate.
While some issues share the same game as others and happen simultaneously,
attentive reading can easily see its a separate issue altogether.
I reported 4 separate issues, but due to some of the staffs actions, they were drowned out, ignored, jumbled togetherness creating a horrible mess.
I have repeatedly asked that they ensure they fully read and understand the threads many times.
Several make a habit of acting as if they were insulted instead of instructed and completely fail at performing their duties but never miss a chance to try and throw shame or infractions around.

Sometimes I wonder if they just make up bs in those glitch fix reports.
Personally I've never seen any glitches or bugs get fixed.

Honestly, I've never had support do right by me.
The help I've received are from my peers.
