Can you make the Courthouse available outside of the campaign?
Hello!
I realise there might be mods out there that allows for certain assets from the campaign to be available in sandbox, but it's such a shame that a wonderful and unique building cannot be built outside of the campaign. I Personally don't even mind whether there isn't even any buffs or demand for it, just having a court would be such a great touch to the city building experience.
