As a trans man it is extremely upsetting that Ubisoft hasn't fixed this yet. There are multiple scenes where even if you are playing as the male Eivor NPCs will still refer to you as "she". I first noticed this with a few side activities, in that case I was willing to give it a pass. Then I found it in a main quest in Essex where Alfida says "yes SHE has", this is simply unacceptable.
These moments where NPCs referred to my character with the wrong pronouns gave me flashbacks to when my family would do that to me. They would deadname me, call me a "she" and treat me as if I were a girl WHEN I AM NOT!!!!
