Seemingly invincible
Now I went to Winchestre, where I am not welcome. Stood in front of two guards with no cloak. Nothing. Assassinated one, the other did nothing.

I'm not sure what triggered it, but enemies are not attacking me. I killed 2 Zealots and a legendary beast without a single attack against me. Have not been attacked by guards in restricted areas either. I am playing on XB One.
