@giggle007 I don't know if this will help you, but I had the same issue where I had 6 crashes within about 2.5h, after that, I verified the local files on both PCs (Go to Uplay/Ubisoft Connect, then click on anno in the game library, go to properties (underneath the start button) and click "verify files" under the tab "local files"). Unfortunately, I didn't find the time to properly test this over a longer period of time but I played 2h without any crashes at all (there was no time spent playing anno between the 2.5h with 6 crashes and the 2h without any crashes => shouldn't be due to an update or similar and all 4.5h were spent on the same day). Like I said, I couldn't test it for a longer period of time but when I launched the game, on my machine it said "installing: directX end user...". I hope this helped you!
