After completing the quest "Glory Regained - Sound the Horn", there is a short scene followed by a loading screen. When I load back into the game my character is standing in place and cannot move. All menu options, and character actions are disabled. If I hit escape I'm presented with the "Quit to menu/desktop" options as if a cutscene is still playing out, but I am in game and nothing is happening.
