Hey guys, I posted about this in the subreddit but never got a response so I was hoping to hear from someone hear maybe. During the benchmark I had a solid 60 fps but it had severe stuttering. The frames would go down as low as 8 every couple seconds or so. I was messing around in the settings (and using RTSS to limit my framerate to 60). The best I would ever get is the same 60fps with stuttering where the frames would dip to 30 about every 4 or so seconds. Is there anything I can do about this. Sometimes RTSS doesn't give a locked framerate in the games graph/benchmark. I think this was the same issue I had with Watch Dogs and even Mafia Definitive Edition.

Specs: GTX 1080, Ryzen 7 2700x, ROG Strix B-450F, 16GB Ram, 144Hz Monitor and using an Xbox Controller (I have used Playstation Controller and M&KB with same results).
