Uplay-points for a 20% discountr = gone.
Money = gone
Game = gone (as in: never got it).

On 11/11 I wasted 400 Uplay-points on 4 failed purchases of Watch Dogs: Legion, no response to my ticket yet.
I'm pretty sure that we'll never receive the game and just got scammed. All Ubisoft does at the moment is sending those nothing-meaning "We're sorry that you're experiencing this issue" messages.
Just keep this current issue in mind when considering to purchase games from Ubisoft in the next 5 or 10 years.

In my 15 years of gaming, I wouldn't have even thought this possible.
How can people ever consider buying from Uplay / Ubisoft again when you have to get lucky to even receive the game after paying for it.
Update guys! Issue resolved for me.
Quick recap: paid for AC: Valhalla, didn't get the game but lost €50 of my Paysafecard. Started a ticket on Ubisoft Support.
They took their time replying, but after a few weeks they sent me this message today:
Hello TheDonDeal,
You have recently tried to place an order on our Ubisft Store, but unfortunately due to some technical issues this order could not be processed.
As you have used Paysafe card as a payment option, which is a none refundable payment method, we have created an voucher code, for the equivalent amount, that you can use on our Ubisoft Store.
The code can only be used on our Web Store and is not valid for Ubisoft+ subscriptions.
