This is crazy, how can shield rewards not be unlocked. I had my shields before the release of division 2 and I didn’t redeem them before the switch too connect and they are just not there. Nobody can do anything on support, how do these rewards just not exist and no one can do anything to put them in my inventory. It’s like I’m asking to have someone bring me a dinosaur and it’s so impossible. I just don’t get it. Help please.
Hello, I have contacted support for this but they keep telling me nothing can be done. I got my shields and then never claimed them off of Ubi club and when I came back to the game this year to claim them they weren’t in my Ubi connect, I’ve heard this is because of the switch however I had completed 2 tiers of shields (the outfit and patch and the gun skin and bag skin) no I completed those before Div 2 came out and because I wasn’t aware of them no longer being available and that there was a date to claim by I was busy and never got around too it, I feel I should still be able to get my rewards since I met the criteria ahead of time just didn’t claim in Div 2. Can something be done for this?
