Can't activate Basim and Ubba after Reaver quest
Has anyone got any advice on how to move on with the quests after the Reaver quest? Ubba and Basim are stood around waiting but there is no quest knot above them. Have tried loading different save points but with no success and travelling to Norway. Any advice would be welcome.
