@jkbike Will try that solution maybe later today. This is really ridiculous.
Hello Support,
Got the same bug players are reporting for years now. The merchant doesn't mark the quest location house, the chest is unlootable.
Is there any fix? Can't you just spawn the item in the inventory ?
Reloading a -60h gameplay and/or reinstalling the game is not an option.

@bielik01 Hm...the quest status still shows 1/2. Maybe i need to turn in the quest although it says that i still need the lute (or whatever it was) ?
@s7igma957 I also have Odyssey and it ran without a single problem in more than 130h gameplay. This on the other hand is crashing randomly.
Interesting is : I played the Ireland DLC for 2 days now and not a single crash. I tested Norway for like 6 hours and not a single crash. I came back to England and there it is, the crash fiesta began. Maybe the England file is somehow broken?
@ubi-froggard Hello, the quest did start, i did the first part, i can speak to merchant, but the chest isnt pointed on the map and cannot be looted (since i looted the chest long ago during some cleanup when i was in that city). Now i cannot loot it again for the quest item.

Same problem.
Game was fine in the beginning (Norway and 10ish hours in England) and then the show started.
Every 1h on average, the game crashes and/or freezes.
None of Ubisoft's "solutions" help.
Ryzen 9 5900X
RTX 3080TI
32GB@3600
Nvme 7Gbps (boot, where Ubisoft Connect is installed)
Nvme 3.5Gbps (game folder)
So its obviouisly a programming/development flaw. AC Odissey/Origins ran without any single problems.
Edit: forgot to write that i've send like 100 crash reports.
