There were about 40 songs in the closed beta from previous Rocksmith content, so we know it's possible. If they can relicense the songs they most likely will do so if only for the reason the songs have been charted already. It's an easy addition when 3/4 arrangements are ready to go.
@dataway
It's just painful to use. Navigation is a bloody nightmare. There's all sorts of functionality missing. We've got these silly nested replies, but no way to directly quote someone. There's this silly half-hearted @ function, but it completely ignore the fact that someone might be wanting to quote a part of what someone wrote, or might want to have separate quotes.
There's no tooltips on the options in the reply box. There's no obvious way to see there are new posts, no convenient way to jump to the last (or first new post) in a thread. The list just goes on and on.
if you click the 3 dots it opens an expanded box but I agree with your points

Yesterday some new job postings appeared on Ubisoft’s website. This has been happening since the announcement of Rocksmith+ but this time there’s something a bit more interesting than usual.
Sounds like your intonation may be off a bit

@dataway I heard there's a website called The Riff Repeater: (http://theriffrepeater.com) that's pretty good for that
@sostech_wp
they should be able to be re-downloaded via your microsoft purchase/download history. That's how I'm able to download Guitar Hero / Rock Band DLC that's been removed
