

@ubi-keo I recently noticed that the payment was stuck as pending and then disappeared. I then tried to re-order but it says that my code that I received from using my 100 units is no longer valid. Could I please have this fixed or my points refunded, thanks. I would also like to point out that I waited in live chat for over 6 hours yesterday with no response.
@ubi-milky Surely if the order is not in the order history you cannot find the order number?
I recently made a preorder with the Ubisoft website but it says that I've never made an order. I know this is not true so how can I fix this? I have also received no units from the order
