So after my last forum post. I am writing here again. I have just called the bank and found out that there is 0 problems on their side. No security issues, no lack of funds, no problem whatsoever. The problem is on Ubisoft's side. I would just wait for a reply in my case but I doubt I'll get one without writing here as literally 0 help has been provided there. At least I got a response on these forums. As previously stated, I teach a large amount of students ( 3000 on the e-mailing list ) and also stream. I'll be using all platforms I have ( using my stream name ) to explain to everyone the absolute joke my experience purchasing the game directly from ubisoft was. I literally only bought directly from Ubisoft in order to support the game more. I have never had any issue like this before on Epic games store, Steam, Origin and so on. I am absolutely distraught. I won't bump this thread as warned, but the only reason I bumped it in the first place was because every other post ( even the ones written after mine ) were seen to first. I am happy to wait my turn, but it seemed as if everyone was getting a response but me.
