Sorry to hear about your issues with getting the last FND cache on the map! Thank you for all the images provided. It indeed looks like the chest obtainable during the story mission in the hotel! I was lucky enough to get it during the mission myself, but as a fellow completionist I would hate to see the it on my minimap without an option to collect it as well!

Good shout - it's worth to remember that in Assassin's Creed series desynchronisation is also an intended feature that represents a discrepancy between the genetic memories and actions for the player. For example, dying or killing innocent characters might cause you to desynchronise from the memory, as it's not something that actually happened to your character during their adventure

No worries! I won't be able to provide a full-on detailed description of the mechanics behind it, but the meteors that you've seen in the game are a random chance occurrence. If you've already seen it once while playing, it is less likely to occur again, but there are no specific actions to trigger this event

It is true that sometimes it's not easy to tell whether a building requires further updates, so it's best to check if the option to upgrade them is still visible.
Please also remember that missing Supplies can be found in small chests around the map, even if all monasteries have been already raided
