Hey @PapaMikeyYT
I can assure you that every feedback or suggestions we receive from players, is getting passed on to the dedicated teams. However, we cannot guarantee all the changes will be made. Once we receive any updates regarding it from the devs, we will let you know
Hey @Aikal17 Welcome to the Forums!
I am sorry to hear that you get the message, that BattlEye service cannot be installed.
I would suggest trying running Ubisoft Connect as Admin. Please make sure that the BEService.exe and BEService64.exe files are not blocked by your firewall or antivirus program. You can usually find these files in the following directory:
"C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\BattlEye" If you do see these files, I would suggest to make sure that the latest version is available. You find more information about that here
Ideally, add these files as exceptions in your firewall and antivirus software.
- BELauncher.exe is always started as Administrator.
I hope these steps help! Should you need further assistance please let us know!

Hey @Dallas47m apologies for the delays and sorry to hear that Battle Eye won't install.
I would suggest trying running Ubisoft Connect as Administrator
- First, make sure you have the latest version of BattlEye installed on your PC. You can find an article regarding that here.
- Also make sure that the BEService.exe and BEService64.exe files are not blocked by your firewall or antivirus program. You can usually find these files in the following directory:
"C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\BattlEye"
Ideally, add these files as exceptions in your firewall and antivirus software.
- BELauncher.exe is always started as administrator.
I hope this helps! If you have any further queries, please let us know!
Hey @OctavianOng Welcome to the Forums! Sorry to hear that you are experiencing silent crashes when starting up Watch Dogs Legion.
I would suggest trying running Ubisoft Connect as admin first of all. You can do this by right-clicking the .exe files before launching them and choose the "run as administrator" option. Also by right-clicking and choosing "Properties" then go to the "Compatibility" tab and ticking the box to "run as administrator" option and clicking "apply".
If this hasn't worked, you can also try doing this with the games .exe file in the installation folder too and see if that force launches the game.
Let us know if running either of these as admin helped you.
Hey @WasperOsa
I can see you have created another post regarding your query. I have responded to your other thread here
I will therefore, close this one. If you have any further questions please let us know!
