How often do you notice Reda's selection bugs out and changes for you, before it actually should change? Say out of the last 5 times you checked his store, how often was the selection bugged?
Does this affect your daily selection of items, your weekly selection, or both?
On another note, we are working on providing more visibility, on when the daily and weekly Reda store selection resets per region and hope we can make this info available to you soon.
On another note, on top of that note (!) thank you to @VegasHeart for providing those video's that perfectly demonstrate the issue. We believe we may have found a solution to this through our investigation but will confirm this at a later date.
This is a good suggestion and I will happily pass it on to our AC team now. At the moment, I do not have any information on how this will look in-game once the issue has been fixed, but I add your suggestion of a checkmark, much as the Orlog dice game has, upon completion of the drinking mini-game.

Can I just check if the quest you refer to actually called A Cruel Destiny? As I am unaware of the Cruel Fate name. Can I also ask what you are doing in this quest when it crashes for you each time?

Different error messages in Connect all have different causes, should you encounter this again, please take a screenshot of the exact error message you receive and post it in our forum for us to view if you can, as if you do not see the exact error message > 'A Ubisoft service is currently unavailable. Please try again later' You may need to follow different steps to resolve this.

Can you please try and lower your graphic settings in-game, from high, to medium, to low, and also cap your frame rate to 60, then 30, then check if this issue still occurs after each change in the settings?
If crash issue happens with the bow, regardless of each change in settings as mentioned above, are you able to make sure your save file is uploaded to our cloud servers, so that we may try this on your save file?

Can you please upload a video clip of you being unable to access this answering machine, as well as make sure your save file is uploaded online to the cloud, by playing online, then we should be able to have our QA investigate this save and mission for you and see if we can find a workaround in the meantime.
Both Xbox and PlayStation should give you an option to record a clip and share a clip to YouTube or Twitter.
If you are using Windows 10 on PC, you should be able to record a clip using the Xbox Gamebar, by pressing the Windows Key and G, to launch this program, then navigate to the 'capture window.'

Can you also upload a video you have captured, or a video of another player that has had this issue, showing the chest is unable to be opened?
When you switch to your solo playthrough and reach this chest, can I confirm you also, are unable to open this chest on your solo playthrough too?

First of all, please make sure the game and game launcher is fully updated to its latest version for any incompatibility issues.
Can I also ask, did you reinstall the game to the same location or another hard drive? You can usually use the 'locate game' tool beneath the download/play button in Ubisoft Connect, to reassociate the location of your game files to Ubisoft Connect, this may recover your dave game for you.
Ubisoft Connect often uses 'online cloud save files' for modern titles by default, did you play offline at all and make and offline saves, or only online autosaves to the cloud, when connected online?

As the tank seems to be sandwiched between the two gates, is there any way you can destroy the tank with explosives or your supremo, which may fail the mission, then checkpoint you backwards in the mission and hopefully respawn the tank before it got stuck?

The game will only save the campaign progress of the host of the game. If your friend invites you to a game, only their campaign progress will be saved for the missions you have completed together, not yours.
Your abilities and weapons gained and found whilst playing with your friend, will carry over to your own individual save file, however. There is a little description that pops up when you access the coop menu, that should say campaign progress will not be saved when joining another player, this is by design.

Can you please upload a video clip or image, of you at the shaft entrance after grappling down the cavern, to show how the Relic is not in the location where it should be?
To obtain a video clip, you should be able to make a short under 1-minute recording, using the Xbox Gamebar, by pressing the Windows Key and G, to launch this program, then navigate to the 'capture window'
Can I also ask you to upload your save file to the cloud, so that we may access it if needed?
