Hey all! I go by Ubi-Perseids and if you can't tell by my profile picture, I'm a big fan of Daft Punk (and cats!) I pretty much like EDM in general but also really enjoy lo-fi, especially while working. :) My favorite Ubisoft game is definitely The Division 2. I have about 95 hours but there's still so much I have to learn and explore in that game still! I'm new-ish to the forums but have loved it so far and really hope I've been able to help some of you out.
Hey there, @screwy72! Thanks for your patience while the team worked on getting this fixed. I can confirm that it should be resolved as of TU 1.5.2, released yesterday. You can read more about this update with the Patch Notes post here. Please be sure to update your game and let me know if you continue to have issues with this after that. Thanks!
Hey everyone! Apologies that you have run into this issue but the good news is that a fix is coming, so please keep an eye out for the update about that!
@wreck3rr Apolgoies for any confusion! But I can confirm that we have reported this issue to the team so that they investigate this further. Thank you!
@Mem90 @sicplagu3 Hey! Thanks for the update about this and glad to hear that the achievement/trophy has popped for you both.

I'm sorry you are having trouble getting access to Assassin's Creed III. Could you grab a screenshot of the Steam page you're seeing when you attempt to download the game? Also, if you haven't yet, can you check if you're able to download the game directly through Ubisoft Connect at all?
Hi @bloodberg, thank you for grabbing this image for us!
I'm going to suggest some troubleshooting that I'd like you to try and please let me know if it helps or if you're still unable to access other languages. As a first step, please run Ubisoft Connect with admin rights. This is a basic step that I ask people to try because you'd be surprised how much it helps fix random issues that pop up! After that, please verify your game files to make sure no files are missing that are causing this issue.
Please update us on how this goes!
@jarl-auditor Thanks for the update! Just to clarify, is it the DPI that you adjusted to 200% when you noticed an improvement? Also, has this been an issue the entire time you've been playing Valhalla, or did this pop up recently?
Could you please attach a screenshot showing your graphics settings in-game? I'd like to take a closer look at that. Thanks!
Hi @storazi, welcome to Discussions!
I'm sorry that you are having this issue in the game where the map is not being revealed and is all clouds. I'm not seeing the screenshot provided. Can you try to upload the image to a website like Google Drive or somewhere similar to share a link to the image so I can take a look? Thank you!
Hey @c4c-markus-752! Welcome to Discussions!
I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing your shields are taking way more damage from the PVE explosions after TU15. This is the first time I am hearing about this issue, so I don't think there are any official comments about this yet. It might be a bug, so I would like us to look into this a bit more. To start with, please try going through these troubleshooting steps in our PC guide here: https://ubi.li/k8gWa. We just want to rule out anything that could be causing this issue.
If the issue persists after trying those steps, it would be super helpful for us if you could get a video showing that the shields are taking a lot of damage from grenades, etc. You can upload that video to a website like YouTube and share it here so we can take a look. Thank you!
@prashanthdoshi Hello! Sadly, I don't have an answer for when DLSS will be added to the game, however, I have shared your sentiment about this with the Dev team!
@liquidgoodness Hello! Welcome to Discussions!
Sorry that your save was corrupted after uninstalling the HD Graphics and High Resolution. Can you confirm for me that you're playing on the PS4? Or are you playing on the PC?
Once I know which platform, I can suggest some troubleshooting steps that may help. Thank you!
@punkdoed Hey! I'm sorry that your stats got reset. I can understand how satisfying it is to see those numbers and why you would be frustrated that they got set back to zero. I truly apologize that this happened! It sounds like it probably is related to when you upgraded from Xbox One to Xbox Series S.
I can't promise the steps I'm going to recommend will fix this issue, but please give them a try if you'd like to. I would suggest going through our troubleshooting guide here and then also giving this connectivity guide a try as well. Both troubleshooting guides could help to fix whatever is causing the game to not sync the stats properly.
Let me know if this helps or not!
@wolfie35p Hey! Welcome to Discussions!
Sorry that you are having trouble getting the PS5 controller to work with your game! We do have a helpful guide here for what to do if your gamepad does not work on PC. I'd suggest giving that a try and seeing if those steps help.
Please let me know if those steps help or if you continue to have trouble with the controller working. Thanks!
@tromp5 Hey! Welcome to Discussions!
I'm sorry to hear that the game keeps crashing on you even after you've tried troubleshooting the issue. It sounds like you've already tried some of the steps in our PC guide here but I'd suggest checking to see if there are any others to try. For example, you'll want to make sure you verify your game files.
If the crashing continues, you'll want to go ahead and just uninstall/reinstall the game. Something that can help fix crashing is making sure to install Ubisoft Connect and your game on the OS/C drive.
If this doesn't help, please update and let me know!
@shobano Hello! Welcome to Discussions!
I'm sorry that you downloaded the game and are unable to change the language. You may need to walk through the steps in our guide here to install additional languages for the game. You can also follow this FAQ: (https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/epic-games-store-c73/launcher-support-c82/what-do-i-do-if-i-am-missing-a-supported-language-for-an-ubisoft-game-a7014) from Epic on what to do when you can't find the supported language for our games via Epic.
Hopefully, this helps but please let me know if you still have trouble!
@lucyfer117 Hey there! Welcome to Discussions!
Sadly, we have no updates yet. We've asked for some clarification from the team regarding this issue and as soon as we hear back and have an update, we'll be sure to let you all know and update this thread with the info we receive.
@faisal-alb Hey there! Welcome to Discussions!
I would definitely suggest that you verify your game files as @longjohn119 suggested above. You can also go through the steps in our troubleshooting guide here.
If these steps don't help, you may need to just uninstall/reinstall the game to fix anything that could have gotten messed up the first time you installed the game.
Let me know how it goes.

I'm sorry that you have run into trouble with this quest. Just to check, were you able to speak with Perikles and complete the mission? If so, the next quest should be titled "Ostracized." Here is the IGN guide and it might help you to figure out the next steps.
Let me know if you're able to start the Ostracized quest or if it seems to be bugged still. Thank you!
@kapesnicekcze Hi! Welcome to Discussions!
Sorry to hear that your graphics settings aren't saving! That's really weird but hopefully, we can get this figured out. To start with, I'd suggest you run the game and client with admin rights. Here's how to do that. After that, I would run through the steps in our guide here. I would also suggest you verify the game files to make sure that any corrupt files get fixed.
Something else that can cause this issue is if your "GameSettings.ini" file is set to read-only. This would mean that any changes made in the game cannot be applied to your Settings file. The Game Settings file is located here: C:\Users\<User>\Documents\My Games\Assassin's Creed Odyssey\UbisoftConnectID.
UbisoftConnectID is a long string of letters and numbers unique to your Ubisoft account. You will see multiple folders if you have played on more than one account.
This file might also be called "ACO.ini" but just check that it isn't set to read-only.
Please let me know if these steps help, or if you continue to have trouble with the settings saving.
@Zicou Hey there! Welcome to Discussions!
So sorry that you have run into this issue and the Rhexenor kill isn't counting towards the cultists. As @longjohn119 has suggested, it may be best to try loading an earlier save and attempt to kill Rhexenor again. If it still doesn't count as a kill, please let me know!
