We are now able to reset your saves to allow you to re-do the Onboarding and hopefully get passed this section.
I have reset the saves for the following players;
I've also updated the tickets of those who reached out via our Support Site.
@Chizdawg64 - the account you're posting from doesn't appear to be where you're playing the game from. If you could please confirm the Ubisoft username of the account you're playing on, we can reset your save there too.
In the meantime a more permanent fix is being worked on by the team, but please let us know if you run into the issue again when re-trying the tutorial.
Just to share some further transparency on the ongoing investigation.
At this time, the team are actively looking into this issue further and are working toward resolving this.
In the meantime, the more information we can gather from players encountering this issue, the better, especially as players note different triggers in their reports.
This will better allow the team to reproduce and investigate these reports.
We appreciate players taking the time to provide this information to us and it is being passed onto the team.
Should there be an update on the investigation where further information is no longer required, or news on a fix is made available, we will be sure to share this with players.

This issue appears to have been fixed by the development team, with the fix planned for release soon.

There you will be able to see and open the ticket KoreanBBQ has created for you.
When this ticket is open, you can add a comment or attach files. Please attach your DxDiag and MSinfo files and add a comment, then press send and that'll be sent through to our team who will then be able to take a closer look at your PC and what else may be causing the issue.

I do believe full 4K HDR support is available on next-gen consoles, but full HDR may not be available on previous gen 4K enabled consoles.

- Where are you stuck (the second you load in / after an event)?
- Are you able to Fast Travel to another location via the map?
- What platform are you playing on?

So your friend always had an active Discord call going in the time you were encountering these issues in-game?
I personally have ran the game with Discord but admittedly wasn't in a cross-platform party.
Hopefully we'll see some further reports so we have more to look into!

Your videos appear to have been marked as Adult Content at request, if possible could you please remove this?
As looking at the videos this isn't necessary and would also make them easier for the team to view if necessary.
As for the issues themselves, could you please also confirm;
- When this first began?
- Do these issues happen every time?
- Have you attempted any troubleshooting?
