We received further reports of delays with the delivery of digital content on the Ubisoft Store, and following further investigation, are confident that these are fixed. We are keeping a close eye on the situation, and will update you all if anything changes. We encourage anyone who has not received their order after a short time to reach out and let us know.

We are aware of delays in processing some orders on the Ubisoft Store. It may take up to 24 hours for your content or game to appear on your account. If you are still missing your content after this amount of time, please let us know, and we'd be happy to investigate further! Please check this thread for further updates.
