@vartos001 Yes. All owners of the game will have 2 Buddy Pass tokens. The Buddy Pass system has not been officially launched just yet. Keep an eye out in the News and Announcements for upcoming release notes.

If you are stuck at a third of your health bar and you are unable to regenerate health in and out of combat, this is due to the effects of a Cursed Weapon. You will see this effect listed in that stats of a currently equipped weapon. Please check Bayek's inventory and try to change the weapon you have equipped. Let me know how this goes.
@fbtxminotaur I completely understand your concern with limited connection speeds while on the road due to work. Thanks @azullFR @Ryusennin for your suggestions. I want to only add that you can also set Ubisoft Connect to Offline Mode using our short guide. Safe travels, and please let me know if you receive any errors from the Ubisoft+ side of things.
