Hello everyone! While our teams have managed to reproduce this error, they are still working on a fix. Updates to this issue will be posted to the game's official website once we have new information to share. I sincerely appreciate everyone's continued patience and understanding.
@Nico2000nl Please keep in mind that the use of profane words is not allowed on the forums, as per the Forum Rules. We are here to support players with the issues they're encountering, while also maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment. To address your question, the development team requests footage in order to help them reproduce the issue on their end, which in turn helps them find and implement fixes. I understand it can seem pointless to add screenshots and videos with nothing happening, but rest assured these do make a difference on the backend.
@gentester I'm sorry for any worry caused by this bug not being addressed on the Known Issues thread. Since this list is non-exhaustive, it does not accurately represent all issues that have been reported to our teams, similar to our Megathreads post. With that being said, I'm pleased to let everyone know that our teams were able to reproduce this error, and are working on a fix.

Hey everyone! Our teams are aware of this issue and are currently investigating. In the meantime, if you have a secondary save that was made before you encountered this issue, please try loading this save up then accessing the mission. Players have reported that this allows them to speak with Ubba.

Hi everyone. For those of you that are still unable to progress with "Clues and Riddles", I want to first and foremost apologize for the time it has taken our teams to find and implement a fix. Everyone's frustration is completely understandable, since I know I would feel the exact same way if I was not able to proceed and complete this quest. With that being said, I want to reiterate that the development team was able to replicate this issue and will include the fix for this issue in a future patch. We'll share updates with you all as soon as we have more information to provide.

Hey there, and thank you all for adding to this thread since my last post. I'm happy to announce that this issue with not being able to regroup with Soma will be fixed in a future patch! Definitely keep checking the official Assassin's Creed Valhalla website for specifics on when this patch will come out, since this information will be posted there once we have a solid date planned.
@Bfoxlbc Generally speaking, content that you've purchased with Helix Credits will remain on your account, even if you start over. However, content that was purchased with in-game currency will not. If you have any trouble with locating this content in-game, please try activating the content from the store's Owned section. -

Hey folks! I'm extremely sorry for the difficulties caused by this bug, especially for those of you that are unable to reload a previous save file before Ceolbert's death as a temporary workaround. In order for our teams to investigate this issue further, please submit your save files to our technical support teams via our Support website. @guest-h0u5vjrc I'm very sorry for the continued delays, but I do appreciate you attaching these images. Going down the list you've mentioned:
- Power-up - For this one, if you can go to one of these locations and show that you are no longer prompted to complete the puzzle, that would be great!
- Join the creed - The image you provided showing that you have the Hidden blade will work, thank you.
- Thousand Eyes - This should appear as a completed quest within the quest log.
- Amunet's gift - Are you able to provide a screenshot that shows you've obtained one of the decorations for your settlement that are given to you by Octavian after giving him a Roman Artifact?
Lastly, you also mentioned three other challenges ("flying,standing stones,cairn"). For these, can you confirm if they correlate to the following Core Challenges please?- Murdered by Words
- The Gods' Mark
- Old-fashioned Social Network
If so, these are requesting that only one of each type of mystery is completed, so please feel free to share a screenshot of video showing this (similar to what I requested above for Power-up).
In order to make sure this thread remains on topic, I would still recommend posting about the issue during "Miracle" on our designated megathread please. -

@amir_hyber138 Hey there, and thank you so much for letting us know that, upon completing "Adoring Around" after "Rowdy Riders", you were able to work around this issue with Sunniva being dead. If possible, would you be able to upload a clip of this to YouTube, then share the direct link with us here please? It would also be great to have your saves since you're playing on the PS4. These files can be uploaded to a support ticket, then please feel free to paste the relevant case number here.

@izzyv91 Your frustration here is completely understandable. With that being said, I'm afraid that no further updates for the quest "King Killer" have been shared with us, so I do not have anything new I can post about here as of yet. On a slightly different note, the issue with the hoof sounds no longer playing should be fixed in a future patch! Please feel free to check the following forum thread for details about this issue.

@madeezy Thank you! I reviewed both tickets and see the screenshots you've attached. Is it possible to upload a fresh screenshot of your active quest log to either of these tickets please? As of right now, both still show "A Brief History of the Hidden Ones"Â as an active quest, but this is most likely not the case anymore. My apologies for the continued difficulties caused!
