Since the last season i've been having problems with the game suddenly freezing and i died way too many times because of that, in the latest hotfix, it kinda fixed it for a while and i was playing normally, but now its happening again, everytime i have to play 1 match and then restart the game and that kinda suck, is there anything I can do ?

I asked for help on 28th January (08:46 a.m.) because i linked my xbox account to PC and received just a few of my skins and wanted to know what happened
i only received my pro league skins and gemstones, but i couldn't care less about them, i wanted my seasonal skins from year 1, 2 and 3 and my elite skins and charms.
But haven't got an answer since that day, is it that hard to just say something ?

Just take a look at this game, this game is broken, you keep doing idiotic balances and my game keeps freezing, the only way for me to play the game
is playing a match and then restart the game so i can play without the game freezing and this is kinda frustrating.

I was excited when i saw that there were 5 maps instead of only 3 and that i wouldnt be playing the same maps every time, but it still happens all the time, almost everytime Kanal, Skyscrapper and Theme park are in the matches i play.

@Frostibate It cannot be fixed, this game suck, we really need changes to this [censored] game.
