Skill point un-spendable and permanently on screen. xbox series xs technical issue bug glitch

So I hit 400 skill points, then got another. So 401, mastery points didn't unlock. Reloaded my save and I was given a mastery point. Still have the extra skill point which is showing on my game screen but I have nothing to spend it on to get rid of it.
