@g_h_o_s_t_6 Unfortunately, "Inventory Capacity" will not be increased. They have no plans to increase the capacity. Not now, not even in the future. It has been asked before but Massive/Ubisoft have no plans to increase the inventory capacity.
I don't know if this issue has been made aware already but when you wear the Heartbreaker Chestpiece & Heartbreaker Kneepads, it's impossible to change the appearance to something else because the option menu is off-screen and also the dye color of the armour cannot be changed. (Check Figures 1 & 2)
Figure 1 - Heartbreaker Chestpiece (as you can see, there is no option to change the appearance or dye colour) and you can see it's off the screen.
Figure 2 - Heartbreaker Kneepads (You can't see it but if you press space it gives you the colour dye wheel but it doesn't change colour and the appearance menu is nowhere to be seen as it's off the screen).
I hope by providing this, it will be fixed in the next update fix.
I think before you could. I do remember when I started over, I killed the story mission hunter. I had like 100% Hazard Protection (or it might have been Shock Resistance). I was immune from the shocks which allowed me to kill the Hunter. You won't get any loot by kill it tho but it was still fun to kill the Hunter.
Probably not the only one that feels that all "Safehouses" should have the "Crafting Station" & "Recalibration Station". If you walk around the safehouses, there are indications that these stations could be implemented but it never was. As much as fast traveling to the BOO is great, I like to sometimes not go to the BOO and listen to the continuous white house announcement reminders. Safehouses for the most part is quiet with the exception to the radio and I like to calibrate or craft in peace without the announcements from the BOO.
Your thoughts?
with this build which has 0 red, at full stacks, it takes down an elite on heroic in ONE MAG. Nothing should be that powerful with 0 damage investment. This needs to be fixed.
I won't speak for PVP as I don't engage in PVP but for PVE, I don't see any issues with this build. Rather it finally gives an somewhat of an equal footing of going against stronger enemies in the open world. Hunters on Heroic/Legendary can basically take you down with one, two, three bullets without any real investment on their end. Lets not forget that, Heroic/Legendary enemies can melt player armour like it's smooth butter without hardly any investment. Heroic/Legendary Snipers can basically one shot you (leaving you with just 1% health remaining). Those minigunners on Black Tusk can shred your armour within matter of seconds including those UVGs. They can do all this damage but when their is a new gear set that can do about the same damage against the enemies is suddenly unfair? How so?
In my opinion (and again) the Heartbreaker Gear Set gives the ability to be on equal footing with the enemies on these levels. It gives a fighting chance. While enemies require hardly any "damage investment", player agents still require moving things around to make it work even with the new gear set. (imo)
Glad to know I ain't the only one with this issue with Heartbreaker. I hope it gets fixed in this area.

@rashbak101 That is true but what I am trying to say is that, when a teammate on the civilian militia is fallen, who will heal them? There is no Medic on the team to take care of that. Only the player can be revived by the CPL. However when you look at the True Sons, they have a medic on the team and can heal any fallen teammate on their side. This is what the civilian militia need.
As the title suggests, the Civilian Militia needs an upgrade in a couple of areas.
It really never made any sense to why their is a lack of a Medic in the Civilian Militia and also why the Control Point Leader only carries a handgun. That is all for this area. Just some thoughts.

Out of the two factions (True Sons, Hyenas) that have someone in their faction carrying a Milkor MGL (Multiple Grenade Launcher), there accuracy is what I would call, hit or miss and normal accuracy. However, a grenadier on the Black Tusk faction, is somehow able to with 100% Accuracy and with a ridiculous firing range is able to hit you spot on, now matter where you cover and hide. They are able to miraculously hit you spot on with 100% Accuracy.
Global Difficulty Settings doesn't even matter as they are still able to shoot you with zero miss accuracy. Why is this? Two factions which basically have the same weapon are within the parameters of normal accuracy but yet, Black Tusk is Major League Grenadiers. The accuracy for Black Tusk Grenadiers need to be adjusted to the level of a Hyena Grenadier or True Sons Grenadier.
So development team, if you are reading this, please make adjustments to the Black Tusk Grenadiers. It does get annoying of there extreme accuracy even at Normal difficulty settings.
