@ubi-woofer Please don't transition other games to this system... it's bad. Really, really bad. When you can scroll down a subject and see the same post multiple times because it shows up as both its own post and as the response to other posts, something is wrong.
The man in the boat required to complete the Deviled Water World Event is not there. He was there at some point - I did knock him off the boat and he floated off down the river, but I'm not sure if that was before or after I'd talked to the quest starter NPCs. Either I triggered the quest and it didn't register the guy falling in the river as a completion, or I sent him bobbing off down the river and now he won't respawn to continue the quest. Ultimately, the game is in a state where the quest can't be completed. It was so long ago I don't have a save game old enough to restore (I've completed the rest of the game since then).
Is there any way to get the quest to reset?

I'm stuck on this - I've got the "gift", but on return, Hytham didn't row the boat home initially until I got off and got back on again (is he a PC...?), but now we've reached the home shore andhe's just stuck there, waiting for me to follow him
I just logged on to my Ubisoft store account, since I could no longer see my preordered copy of The Settlers listed in Connect, and it turns out it's being processed for refund - how come? Is it because of the new delay?
I tried playing today for the first time in a while (Windows PC), to see if any patches had fixed things and two things were wrong
1) when I went to the ACV page on Ubisoft Connect, it was trying to download the whole thing with a "locate game files" link. This isn't the first time this has happened with Ragnarok updates
2) The game is still crashing "almost" randomly. I say "almost" because it always seems to be when there's lava on screen. I can't help thinking there's something in the code used for the lava puddles that's stressing video cards (the AMD bug reporter triggers, too). I've clicked the "submit bug report" to Ubi every time this has happened. I couldn't report the AMD issue this most recent time as the game didn't show in the list for selection

I just played through all the tombs, and I'm sure I'm missing something. One of the notes in the initial tomb suggests a "final seal", which I'd taken (potentially mistakenly) to be the cracked floor of the initial tomb, which I thought would open up once I'd done all the others (much like the vaults in Unity and Syndicate), unlocking some cut scene or weapon (to go with the tomb armour). I've tried going in there as I was, and then tried equipping the tomb armours, but... nothing...
Is there nothing to this apparent mystery note, is it to be released in a later DLC, or am I not doing something right?

I've been through Hordafylke and got through to Basim in the real world, through which I've re-entered the Animus... is that the "open world" endgame, through which I can go through the uncompleted world events, or is there more story???
