@ubi-karl since its all over the variety of systems and started with the new update , its clear where the problem is . thing is ,also, will event be prolonged to compensate for crashes ? and will fix even come before its over?

same, last few days ,since update, Valhalla keeps crashing more and more often . FarCry6 works fine for hours on end . time limited event and i cannot have game running for a moment without CTD . really bad .

@ubi-theberry as I said before 1.4 ,last also now (tested) game crashes at any point ,sometimes even if you are not doing anything . very often even near neutral or hostile camp . support is being utterly useless, I have conversation going on for over a week. they keep trying to at this point annoy me with excuses . sent all kinds of info to them, it is very clear they are clueless . this doesn't get fixed, its last time Ubisoft seen me as paying customer. I am tired of this . by far the worst state of game from Ubisoft to date .

did full clean reinstall ,prior to which I deleted any and all previous files . still crashing ,even after using Very High instead of Ultra details . not to mention number of bugs like several audio issues in settlement .

oh and i forgot : I also tried contacting Ubisoft support and they were unsurprisingly as helpful as Windscreen wipers on submarine . Tried to blame anything and everything else than game and asked me to check ports and whoknowswhatelse instead actually looking into any details or other reports ,etc . so i have little to no hope for Ubi and their "products" .

@freestepper this game is over 1 year out. and this idea that you should wait is terrible - devs should release finished and tested game, this mentality will only get you more broken garbage if you dont hold them accountable

@freestepper ibought this game in Octomer this year. that month or so it worked ok . bugs and crashes came with 1.4 patch

right now i am attempting second time to get somewhere with support ticket. if nothing comes off it, i will also uninstall Uplay and all ubi games until I actually hear something good about them . enough alternatives. lots of games i bought and never played .

Hi all, apologies for the late response and overall radio silence on this thread.

As crashes can be caused by a wide range of things, there are likely a few different issues being reported in this thread. To help clear things up and make sure everything is being investigated, I'd like to gather some more information. We may need to split things up in the future, but go ahead and post things here for now.

If you are experiencing crashes when reaching a sync point while reading a mount, or when entering combat ->

• When did you first notice this happening?
• Does it persist on the latest update, 1.4.1?

If your game crashes at launch or at other points in gameplay ->

• When did this first begin?
• At what point in gameplay does your game crash?

There were some occasional crashed before 1.4,but not many .Crashes started very frequently with patch 1.4 ,persisting until now. crashes are practically guaranteed in England . Game crashes during any activity ,or even if you just park your character in England near any enemy town,city,camp,etc . I had 1 crash during river raid. I have contacted Support and went through all possible troubleshooting , with no results . There are also a number of bugs, but i can live with those as long as game would not be crashing . is there way for me to send you my save if it would help ? support already seen dxdiag and msinfo .

@banoklesentreri yeah, definitely last game from Ubugsoft for me until / unless I hear they turned this ship around . Odyssey and any Far Cry ran like dream, I just can not wrap my head around as to why is this game so broken .

@s7igma957 true, i haven't seen many bugs ,but CTDs are killing my hopes . if they don't fix this during holiday season ,I dunno, the moment a decent game comes out, i might ditch the whole U-play (U-crash) and don't bother with their games anymore . Bethesda makes buggy games but at least they are fun and modders can and do fix them.

@freestepper i know ,but it would be good to actually see any reply or something from them, but it seems instead of fix or even acknowledgement all I got so far was deflecting blame or here on forums just dead air from Ubi and more of same exact complaints from fellow players . I do want to enjoy the game, but any time i try it crashes ,often i cannot get both Opal dailies done without crash . how can i go do river raids or campaign if at any time i get "Send the crash report" prompt instead of "assassinate" .
