I hope the Ubisoft team at least read and consider a suggestion from a big AC fan, who would like to see AC:Valhalla even better.
The red glow used to mark enemies is very disrupt, completely break the immersion and ruins the beautiful game presentation. Fortunately we have the option to turn it off (which is great, thanks for that) BUT, we completely lose the ability to have an enemy location awareness (which is very sad).
The suggestion is simple: Give us the option to maintain the 'enemy proximity' hud during the Odin Sight.
Then we would have three options for 'enemy proximity': On, Off, Only in Odin Sight.
In this third option, the red enemy glow turn on when we use the Odin Sight, then it fade away within 2-3 seconds.
I believe it would be very simple to implement, and would bring us a much more enjoyable gameplay and improves the game presentation.
Thank you
Totally agree. This should be addressed.
Ubisoft please give us playes a chance to have an enjoyable stealth experience.
@ubi-borealis thank you for the feedback. We love the AC franchise and just want to help make it even better. Thanks
I think @Ubisoft should give more attention to this kind of opportunity. A great improvement with so little effort. This is worth gold!
Unfortunately, it seems they really don't care with the fans opnion.
Such an amazing game, but with little details that spoils the gameplay experience. Bad for us, worse for them.
I think this suggestion deserves at least a small feedback. I tried, I had hope.
@ubi-woofer
Hi
Thanks for the opportunity to share our feedback
It is random behavior, hence it would difficult to record this but I will try.
Please read this:
I believe solve AI bugs is not an easy task. I understand.
But there is some minor changes, very simple to implement which would greatly improve our the experience as stealth players.
1) The red glow used to mark enemies is very noisy and disruptive, and it breaks all the immersion (I'm sure 100% of the players agree about this).
Give us an more subtle way to tag / untag enemies (a small simple translucent icon would be perfect).
Leave the red glow only during the Odin sight and Synin flight.
2) Usually, when the enemy detector bar appears on the screen its already to late. It should appear early.
3) Give us a option to tag/untag enemies using Synin.
DONE! With this we would have a much better stealth gameplay. Not perfect but much much better.
I hope you at least consider this suggestion.
@jimmywon34 totally agree. Use the bird tô Mark the enemies would be great to.
The enemy marks is definetely Very Very ugly. It should be more suttle. Or use the odin sight as I suggested.
Ubisoft, hear your fans
