DELTA-0000D013 This request did not meet all the matchmaking requirements pc ubisoft connect connectivity issue

Hi!

Since yesterday I get the error in the title every time I try to play on any of the maps, either coop or solo. Yesterday I could finish 2 matches with a friend before the error started popping up (when trying to start a 3rd, in the same session). Verifying the files in Ubisoft Connect did not help.

Basilica Ruins puzzle crashes at a specific point every time pc bug glitch

When I try to solve the puzzle, my PC freezes completely when standing on the right side column with a reflector on it after lighting up the unstable structures (somewhere around 3:46 '>). I guess it's where the dialogue should start.
I verified the files of the game, updated my GPU drivers after encountering this kind of bug the first time in the Seven Sisters anomaly (see 52:30 '> for the exact location). I could get past that one after 5-6 tries somehow, but this one just keeps freezing. Setting the graphics to the lowest possible didn't help either. I have an Asus Xonar DGX card if it's an audio related issue.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (version: 21H1, build: 19043.1288)
16GB RAM
i5 6600K
Radeon VII
the OS and game are installed on SSDs
