Hey @Ubi-Perseids ! Your random idea helped me make some progress, though it didn't entirely fix it. Though the add-ons were still labeled as "owned" in the Xbox store, I pressed on them and it showed that they weren't installed. I installed the ones available (each took about 5 seconds or less) and I logged back in the game, and the issue was fixed on the buyer's account, but after I logged in with my own account, the issue came back. Even after switching to the buyer's account again, the message was back. Once again I had to sign out of that account and the add-ons weren't installed again, so I did the same thing as before and same result. I have to sign out of my personal account each time before accessing the store, by the way.
Hi @ubi-froggard, thanks for answering. I bought the game from another account on the same console, but both accounts have the same issue. I haven't started playing the game on the buyer's account though.- here I first use the buyer's account, then at the end I log in with my own account
I haven't played the game on any other devices. The purchased game version was the Ultimate Edition, which no longer seems to be available on the Xbox Store. I can't record what I own in the Store or installed the Manage Game settings, but they both include what I initially purchased: Legend of Beowulf Quest, Dawn of Ragnarok, Dawn of Ragnarok - the Twilight Pack, Wrath of the Druids, Siege of Paris, Berseker Settlement+Gear+Longship Pack and Set of Runes.

I'd like to point out that I chose "yes" at the looping messages each time I was in the log-in screen. I also wrote down in the video description what I was trying to show in each one. Thanks!
I've had the game for about 2 months with the DLCs included (Legend of Beowulf, DoR, Wrath of Druids, Siege of Paris, Twilight+Berseker Pack, Set of Runes) and played it just fine, until about 3 weeks ago, the message "new downloadable content has been detected, please return to title screen to access it" keeps popping up and no matter what I choose to do, it won't recognize the DLCs I already own. Others seem to have experienced it too, but they fixed it by uninstalling and installing the game and DLCs, which won't work for me at all, no matter how many times I do it, even with waiting for a week in between. It's become highly frustrating. Restarting the console won't help either (I'm on Xbox One).

I've owned this game + add-ons for a month and had no issues before until recently. I already tried restarting the console, uninstalling and installing the game and add-ons multiple times, even kept it uninstalled for a whole week. It didn't work.
