Hello, I'm running the game on a GTX 1080 Ti, Intel Core i7-7700. Most of the time I have around 60 FPS, but whenever I go to the skill tree, the FPS drops to 25 and if try to check those short videos showing what a skill does, it drops to around 15 FPS. I updated my GPU, tried to lower the graphic settings, verified the game files through the launcher and changed the windows fullscreen compatibility, but the issue persists. 

I think it has to do with the fog around the skill tree, because I have the same issue when I load the game and the main character is running around in that foggy room. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
