I was hit with this phenomenon too, never saw it distorted with my wolf or horse. Then when I got the demonlooking Lynx, I saw this the first time I steped into Jotunheim. Changed back to my wolf and all is fine in Jotunheim, when it comes to better looking Elks. Thanks to the ppl that suggested to change mounts in Main Land before heading to Jotunheim, greatly appreciated.

PS: I have the normal Lynx too, and the distortion is present with that chosen as Main Land mount.

@valantorcid I'm running the latest nvidia drivers, 457.30, never had a crash since updating to said drivers or since AC V launched. Also win 10 is up to date. Ryzen 7 3700X 2070S 1440p gfx settings at very high and high(custom). I am also on Ubi+. Not saying it's not caused by Ubi Connect, but I rarely get disconnected or crashes in AC V.
