The latest update has completely broken my up-to-date save files on PS4 for about two weeks now - I can't fast travel, initiate quests, and none of the controller buttons are initiating their corresponding actions (i.e. can't sprint, jump swing a weapon). The only button that responds is L1 so I'm stuck walking around in post Yule Ravensthorpe. My previous manual saves seem to work but going back to the most recent one would lose me 15 hours of gameplay which I'm not prepared to do.
More annoyingly, the controller buttons work fine in the game menu/loading screen, but not the actual gameplay. In the video below you'll see the loading screen working as normal, but at 2.21 the game loads and I'm pressing all the same buttons but for the most part, nothing happens, except for blocking and crouching. I can however still equip and unequip items in the inventory for example, and scroll through the game menu options.
I then load another game at 5.07 and the same issues persist - I can't sprint, climb, swing my weapon or draw my bow and fire it. Again I'm pressing all the same buttons during the gameplay video, which work fine in the menu, but not within the game.
I can call my horse and mount it and assassinate the dummies in Ravensthorpe, which suggests I can still do actions when prompted by the game, but not whenever I want.

@Ubi-Raziel just checking you have received this link?
@thearchivist95 I'm very similar - fast travel not an option, am drunk when I load and can't do any actions. New patch has broken the game completely
@yvita1976 I've got a similar issue - I can move but can't do anything else basically.

@ubi-raziel when you go to select a category, you get a message saying the only online support offered is live chat, so doesn't seem like you can submit a ticket at the moment. You should be able to download the files from here: https://we.tl/t-GO9HRFRg1y: (https://we.tl/t-GO9HRFRg1y)
@ubi-raziel thanks - I have the save file, but can't seem to open a case to attach it to? (The option to submit a case is unclickable on this site). Is there an email I can send it to?
@ubi-raziel It's taken me that long to load since getting the game - I have a fairly old PS4 so thought it might just come with the territory. The loading time hasn't got longer I'd say.
Also - uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix the overall issue.
@ubi-raziel Hi there - you can see a video of the issue here:
