When TU15 released I was able to play for a week with no issues on DX12. Then each day the crashing became worse. Then I changed back to DX11, and it worked for a few days then started crashing more and more. Since then, I get 2-3 days before crashing starts when a new game event begins. So, I would say this problem is a server issue and until/if it gets sorted out, why not just restart the servers once a day to keep them fresh since that seems to be what is causing the crashes.
@wimpmiester Its working just needed to make it to level 1 so I could add upgrade.
Before TU14 If I had a crash, it was because I changed graphic settings in game. Since then, it's totally random. Can play for days, get one crash and play for hours after. Some days if it would crash 3 times, I know it won't run so I don't play that day. I used DX11 because DX12 has never worked and would crash in minutes. After TU15, I got two crashes in about an hour of play, so I decided to try DX12 again. Game ran great for two days with only 1 delta3 error. So I applied NVIDIA recommended settings (ultra) and it crashed several times. So I compared my previous setting to these and found that Extra Stream Distance was set to 10 and I left that at 0 before. Only setting I never changed. So I set it to 0 and no more crashes. I played with it and found I can go to 3 without crashes. My HDD setup is RAID1 so my disk performance isn't the greatest and this game seems to pull streamed data real time as you move. So I would say my crashing is caused by to much disk usage. What has also been necessary from day 1 is running EAC at Below Normal Priority and leaving the game at Normal Priority. So I've been crash free so far on DX12.

@dieze Same here. Didn't get the drops after 3 days. Did the live chat and was told they would have to escalate and support would continue via email. Next day got a level 30 exotic cache only. I haven't opened it yet. No emails from support yet either.
Ok, looks like I'm proficient with this armor but I haven't reached level 10 yet so I can't upgrade it. Will have to wait till that happens to see for sure.
@n3mb0t Interesting, I've never done anything in the DMZ. So didn't know this was DMZ armor. I got it from mission drops. I'll try donating loot to see if that does anything.
@n3mb0t I'll check it and it was like that from the start. Didn't think that I could already be proficient with it from the start.
Also, System Corruption still isn't on the list of loot drops for the summit. You still can't apply dyes to it except the default starting dyes.
Update: Went to proficiency menu and can't upgrade armor set. Error message "Insufficient expertise level reached". So, no proficiency progress bar and unable to upgrade.
All my equipment has the new Progression Level/Points showing except the armor I like to use which is the System Corruption set. Under the new Progression entry, it states, "No Upgrades Active" and not the Level/Points. Playing on PC.
And I have no way to submit a screen shot or video.
Looks like you activated multimonitor. Check your game settings to see if you're using the proper primary monitor.

Froze then dropped to desktop today. So it isn't Discord. I guess it's just random because it ran fine for about a week.
I've never had crashes in this game but recently had some random game freeze then it exits to desktop without error. I've also found out it only happens when discord is running. So, no discord, no problems.
I can't speak for mouse, I use a controller and aim assist has been broken for a long time. Most of the time its off center and not on target, plus it has never targeted the head. So, if you see someone more accurate its not aim assist its something else. I also have never participated in pvp in the division so I can't say how it operates there.

I didn't know about the snitch when I found her in the basement.

No I have no way to post video or screen shot.
Have always received the "no items available" message and no inventory shows only when she is in the basement of the church. Happened after I completed the NPC's side quest you get in that location. She's fine everywhere else you find her.
