I lost my 2-step verification access because of my old phone. Also i do not have security codes. I tried to contact with ubisoft via email, facebook, instagram, twitter, even in the old forum with private messages. I received nothing. I have full access for my email associated with account and im an user of ubisoft for 10 years. I also clicked "verify my account" unique link but, not even single response! I can not play my newly purchased Anno 2070. Could you please help me? Let me access my account and play my game, save me from this pain. Thank you.
