@ubi-mark Same here, we tested with all clan members, once you leave the raid no one is able to go back to the checkpoint. When you interact with the NPC it gives you option to travel to the checkpoint, but when you accept it game teleports you to the first entrance. We noticed that when we go back to raid to resume it, the first gate is closed since the TU15, so it seems like it resets the raid everytime you return.
@noxious81 I was referring to upgrade of items that are already proficient, these upgrades be can only be done by donating 3 specific materials and can only be upgraded per specific item and not as a type of item from specific brand or gear set.

@mortecerta66 what you described here about Banshee could be connected to an issue regarding a challenge in The Summit where you have to disorient 3 enemies at the same time, when I try to use Banshee enemies get disoriented but it's not being counted towards the challenge.
Upgrading expertise of only one item of a certain Bran Set, Gear Set or Weapon Type is too extensive.
Since cost of upgrading is so high with every level even after the changes at least make it so that it will upgrade a type of item (eg. gloves) from given Brand Set, Gear Set and not just this one particular item you do upgrade on.
I just did 20 runs of Countdown with weapons as targeted loot, deconstructed all of them for "steel" and was able to upgrade only 2 lvl of Expertise for one weapon with how much steel I got from it.
Maybe this will help someone.
I had an issue with CPU utilization being 35% at most and stuttering/FPS dropping while playing AC Valhalla, after the solution I provided below it went up to 80% if game needed it in certain areas.
So what I did was:
1) Press Win+R to open "Run command" window
2) Enter msconfig.exe
3) Go to "Boot" tab
4) Click "Advanced options..."
5) Tick the box "Number of proccessors" and set it to the number of threads your CPU have ( eg. I have Ryzen 3700x so I chose "8" )
6) Restart PC
Hope that helps.
