@goffy592 The breakage seems to be ubisoft connect related. Any game on steam that needs ubisoft connect wont run, at least not with the most recent version of Ubisoft connect.
Yesterday, The Division 2 was released on Steam so the the possibility for us Linux users to play it is becoming maybe more of a reality. Ubisoft is taking good steps.
@ubi-viral Thank you for the replies concerning this topic, The Division was a great experience throughout the campaign and playing online with some friends was awesome too, and i hope the devs will allow us to play the sequel as well.

Hi,
I've played through Wildlands quite a bit, it's great fun but it would definitely be a whole different thing if i were able to play online with friends. it's a great game, I just hope that the development team will be pushed towards enabling EAC support. It's definitely doable, there's site's like https://areweanticheatyet.com/: (https://areweanticheatyet.com) that list a lot of games that just run with EAC on linux, and even those officially supported on Linux with anti-cheat are all EAC. If it could be brought to the division 2 that would be amazing cause the stadia experience is [censored] at the moment.
