[REOPENED] [TU 1.3.0] Unable to accelerate mount / boat after acquiring "Heidrun Slam" | POST HERE

@adorablewombat I literally cannot sprint on horseback. I came back after a month or so of not playing and this stupid bug is here. TRIED EVERYTHING to get sprinting while riding to work and what happened to the so called permanent fix!? CMON UBI
