I'm playing on PC and I tried reloading previous saves, but all of the items would just disappear as soon as the character loaded in. I purchased the game through Ubisoft directly. Has anyone ever heard of this? It was the strangest thing. All of the standard items are still in the game, but everything extra just disappears. How do you contact the Ubisoft store for purchase issues? Regardless, why would free promotional items disappear (eg. the Carolingian Set).
