is can't change my graphics setting.. whatever i try stuck at the same setting as before , please help me out on this.

hey , I had previously played Ac Valhalla on my PC it was fine back then, after that I had it uninstalled and I installed it again after few months of gap
. and it started crashing in startup, I tried verifying the file it said issues reported , I tried to solve the report said issue were not resolved and needs to be re-installed I did that and again it has the same problem, so the device isn't an issue because it ran fine before so nothing has changed but i can't play it freaking keeps crashing on the loading screen please check on this issue.
