OMG I FINALLY GOT PAST IT!
I have already tried everything that everyone has suggested but I was just able to get past the bug by loading into the cutscene with ultra graphics on, and then while stuck and unable to move, I opened up the options screen and played around with the resolution scale. At first I dropped it to 50% just to see what it looked like, then as I was turning it up to max %, it stopped automatically at 170% and the cutscene continued.
What a gruelling 3 days of troubleshooting this has been for me...

I tried your suggest too and unfortunately it didn't work for me. I'm hoping that my pc requires some combination of graphics settings or something like that to be able to push past this bug, so I keep trying over and over again. Hopefully I can get past it soon!

@kwalan I'm in the same position as you, I've tried every workaround I have come across, racked my brain for everything I could try and still no success. I guess there's nothing left to do except wait for a patch...

I am at a complete loss. I have tried everything everyone has suggested over a 6 hour time period and I still cannot get it to work for me. I even tried reloading a save from the beginning of leaving Norway, and fighting the bandits again, but that didn't work either. I feel like I have tried everything and it saddens me greatly, I was really enjoying playing this game.
