@misterscruff63 my case is is just sitting there with a "New" status. I read into more of the information posted and says that the cases standing will be resolved once the chat support goes live today. Hopefully they jump on this as a priority. Really hate to see this happened to as well.

Cannot find the loot spawn and judging by the other complaints I've read on the same topic is I'm at the correct location in the center of the pool but only water. Has the issue even been recognized?

@theeelf thankyou for commenting back. This issue was fixed last week after the update with the Gothic set arriving.

The development team has been made aware of this issue and they are currently investigating it. Once additional information becomes available, it will be posted to the game's official forum at: https://discussions.ubisoft.com

In the meantime, can you let me know whether you had purchased resources via Helix Credits in order to upgrade your gear?

For anyone that hasn't heard any updates. This is the latest info I copied from my support case. Looks like another waiting game.

@theeelf all of the other stuff is as was for mine for I as well have been doing the same but just started with a different item. But I think specifically targeted my Beserker set because of the Beserker quest. I had the Beserker content before it was added that you can unlock it through game progression. I believe whatever the patch did to fix the issue by receiving the content in the inventory has erased my progression. To explain better

@TheeElf is this something you've crossed before?

My entire game progression, all of upgrades, my gold, the nickle , tungsten, all of it used on upgrading the Beserker set to fully upgraded mythical. I just logged on this morning and now it is all gone and reset back to superior. Please tell me this wrong will be made right. I made a report in customer support. If someone sees this here that knows anything to fix this please do! I'm pretty mad about 140 hours logged in for gameplay was just taken from me.

@jandraelune to make it worse i just lost my entire berserker set fully upgrade at mythical as well all my good runes. They felt the need to make sure they were added to my inventory and just wiped my entire game progression away back to superior
