Funny how in just 3 months, the Helix store is flooded with so many armors, weapons, settlement decors, skins, etc. while we are saddled with the base game that's pretty much barebones. Can't help but get the feeling that a lot of the stuff was stripped out of the game beforehand and made ready to drip feed to us as microtransactions.
Hahahaha, I agree with you and know how you feel. Every time I open my inventory and take a peek at my "Runes" tab, I end up shuddering at the wall of messy unorganized runes. I really hope they improve it down the line once they've sorted most of the gamebreaking bugs.

I've also put off this game for about a month now due to the autosave stuttering. It was giving me a headache. However, seeing how long it's taking them to push out a fix for it (and how they never even bothered to fix it in previous games), I'm starting to think it may never get fixed. Might just have to cut my losses and put Ubisoft games on my blacklist of games to never buy again.

They could've also made it where enemies only start spawning when the player LEAVES the restricted zone. That would be the most logical thing to do and what most other open world games have done. I don't know why they chose to use this trash spawning system instead. It gives the game an incredibly 'cheap' quality.
I've seen numerous people requesting for this, and I'm all for it as well. I'm surprised it's not in the game by default. There are numerous hoods that would look amazing without the cloak pulling over and hiding the armor and weapons. Combine that with some of the masks available, and you can make yourself look like a proper assassin. I really hope the devs find a way to implement this, or maybe even allow us to transmog a helmet into a hood.
Often times, when I'm trying to hit an enemy or break open a barrel in front of me, my character will start swinging wildly at something else that's behind him for no reason. It's incredibly annoying. I know there's a lock on feature for enemies, but I hate using that for mouse/keyboard. I've played through the entire AC Odyssey and never had this problem at all, and never once needed to use the lock on. Everything was so fluid in that game. In this game, however, I'm constantly having to fight with the controls (whether it's to do with the terrible parkour system or combat). Please just make my character attack what's IN FRONT of me and not all over the place.
Anyone else having the same problem?
I think the game only gives you a set amount of fabric to fully max out your upgrades and then it cuts you off completely. I was well aware of this bug early on, so I decided to hold off from fully upgrading my quiver and rations and accumulate as much fabric as I could. Guess what? That didn't work. I needed precisely 33 fabrics to finish upgrading to max and when I finally got 33 fabrics, no more has dropped ever since then, even at high level zones. So now, I got to choose between maxing out my upgrades or doing the shrine for map completion. This was clearly an oversight.
'Cause there's still some serious bugs currently in the game that's going to ruin the DLC experience if it isn't fixed. Here's a couple that's going to be really annoying to deal with:
1) Autosave/ Quicksave can randomly stop working.
2) Your Jomsviking's gear randomly resetting, spoiling the experience of any new raids.
3) FPS randomly dropping (usually after fast travel) from 60 to 30 and stays there until I reload a save, then everything goes back to normal.
4) Getting pestered by that annoying pop up message about new content every few minutes.
These are just a few off the top of my head. Devs, if you're reading this, please please address these bugs asap.

Yeah, this and and autosave stutters are my two biggest issues with the game currently. As someone who likes to infiltrate bases using stealth, having enemies constantly respawn again when I've just cleared the area 20 seconds ago makes all my efforts in vain. Feels like I'm just wasting my time.
Why couldn't the devs just make enemies only respawn again when the player LEAVES the restricted area. That would be the most logical system to have. I really hope this is fixed in a future patch.
I really really hope they fix this in the next update because this autosave stutter is the biggest thing that is ruining my experience with the game. I only recently bought this game during Christmas and now I have to set it aside due to how jarring and annoying it is (it becomes really noticeable when spamming pickup on multiple items in the same area. Game starts going crazy with the autosaves and causing fps drops). It's a shame.
Yeah, I don't understand why the respawn system is such a mess in these Far cry games. Assassin's Creed Origins/Odyssey/Valhalla got it right with the respawn system, so it's not like it can't be done.
@gabi1992
From what I've read online, you need to finish the main campaign and have access to Insurgency missions first before Gunpowder and Supremo bond becomes available for sale. I haven't finished the campaign yet (but I'm really high level) and I too do not have access to those resources.
@jacobjd
I'm guessing they're probably keeping it locked as a reward for newgame plus or some sort of special mission in the future.
So, I've tested the new patch and although the autosave stuttering is still there, it seems to be much much better than before and not so noticeable. The game is a lot more playable now, at least for me. Good job, devs.

Just use the Pyrotechno resolver weapon (the one that shoots firework rockets). It carries lots of ammo and a single rocket will take out an AA gun.

Yep, it's definitely more unstable and crashing often now. In just the first 20 minutes of the dlc, I encountered the FPS bug (which required me to quit to the menu and reload a save to fix it), then the annoying autosave/quicksave bug and finally a crash.
I instantly uninstalled the game. I was already upset that the dlc took a whole day to release for me (due to the season pass bug). No way was I going to play the dlc and put up with all these bugs while the game is still in this sorry state. Maybe when it's properly fixed in a year, I may come back to it.
