@chriskean86 totally agree! This is ridiculous! I havnt got the money to keep buying these unfinished "next gen" games, we're being asked to do their job for them time and time again upon release titles! This is a huge mess

Can't you just create an option in the pause menu to "go to" settlement vendor on screen functions as a temporary fix so we can play the game please?

Nowhere else would this be allowed.

I deleted a few comments, this bug is turning us against each other, when in another time we would have been getting along, this bug is frustrating, but doesn't excuse us for getting at each other necks, sorry @FireIce38, I wouldn't care as much if I didn't love this game so much, I know it will be fixed at some point

Still unable to interact with x5 settlement npcs, and now two game crashes! Both sent to ps4 team with vids! This is not on!

Please can you update us on if there is going to be a hotfix on the npc Interactions bug, this has halted my gameplay as I don't want to progress the story without any settlement functions, please

@lewisstorer89 what the heck?! I havnt got either and my ps4 says latest version (1.0.4) this is a mess, a mess I can't and won't afford again

The absolute worst thing about all this is they announced they have the fix a month ago! Packing it in with a version update, please ubisoft, damn! Send as a hotfix! This is the biggest bug I got out of 25! The other 24 I can live with until a version update!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm staggered! Im gutted that this is the last Ubisoft game I will ever buy, gutted

@doomcakes1198 nope, had 3 plays on the fight, lost to the last fighter each time, next day, loaded game, the fighters are killing my settlement dwellers (non npc), I reload game, settlement dweller corpses everywhere, go into first fight, the fighter dies as soon as he spawns and I'm just standing there unable to do anything apart from turn game off and on again, my drunkeness has been on and off, each time for atleast 30 mins, but this is all totally seperate from the npc interactions bug, I've not been able to interact with them long before the yuletide event. I can list 23 other bugs I have, but the npc interactions is the worst and they have the fix, but are bulking together with other fixes in the next version update, I think that is awful, should have been a hot fix a month ago when they announced they had the fix

@doomcakes1198 me, I'm not drunk anymore, but my npc's are still broke, I was only drunk glitched once with this damn yuletide event, I've had the settlement issue near first few hours of arriving in England.

@ubiexcellent this is wrong, I have 90% of the bugs listed in the megathread, but this is the one that's taking the most from the experience with which we paid alot of money at such difficult times.
We've been told weeks ago there is a fix for the npc bug, but we're waiting for the version update where it's bulked with other fixes. No this is wrong, this bug should be a hotfix on its own and should have downloaded to my ps4 weeks ago. That way the game is playable and the other 25 bugs I got can wait

The valka bug was nothing to do with my npc problem, I've completed all valka missions (the dream world missions). I've not been able to speak to x5 npc's ever since completing the berserker add on mission near release day 1 of the game. The Yuletide missions worked at first, then the fighters spawned and killed plenty of my settlement dwellers, now when I go to a yuletide fight, the first fighter spawns dead and freezes the game. This is outrageous ubisoft, I've been playing £30 worth of a £70 game for months now, there is no defence now! I'm NEVER buying ubisoft again, and I've been with assassins creed from the very beginning, I'm gutted!
